I’ve been doing more work on my watercolor flower pattern - I realized that I could make the watercolor part look like watercolors with all the flowers outlined. Removing the outlines made a huuuge difference. Plus I changed the background color…I did really like the charcoal gray, and how it looked with the pink/coral/red flowers, but again it made the watercolor texture too hard to pick up. I just need to add a few more flowers to the composition, and some more little details, and maybe change the color of the off-white flower (it almost gets lost in the background, sadly) and I’ll be ready to enter it in the contest!
